Auction Rules:

 • Payment: Items must be paid within 7 days of auction close or your winning bid will be voided. We can accept check, cash or credit card payments. If you prefer to pay via credit card, an invoice will be sent to you via email and must be paid within 7 days of auction close or we will go to the next bidder on the list. Please respond to your winning bid confirmation email with your preferred payment mode. 
 • Stallion Services: Buyer is responsible for all transportation, board, shipping costs and vet fees & any additional fees in regards to breeding your mare. LAPPC is not responsible for any fees involved with breeding the mare, and no guarantees are provided by LAPPC. Please contact the stallion owner if you have any questions about costs involved PRIOR to bidding on the breeding. 
• Shipping: Any items that need to be shipped is an arrangement between buyer and the person who is donating the item. If you have any questions on cost of shipping, please contact the person donating prior to bidding.
